- Welcome to “A Cup of Glee”. We post each week about unique products and services, party and wedding planning, etiquette and anything else that comes to mind! So, let me tell you a little about me: My love of fine china has been with me for as long as I can remember. When I was 8 years old, I walked to the center of town and gleefully spent my allowance at a stuffy gift shop on a trio (teacup, saucer, plate) for my mum. Looking back, I now know my few dollars couldn't have possibly covered the cost of such an elegant gift (the shop owner had been more helpful to me than I could have ever imagined at such a young age). In 2003, I turned my passion for teaware (which had long since grown to include, flatware, dinnerware, glassware etc. - hey, what can I say? I'm an equal opportunity addict! :)) into what is now a fabulous (if I do say so, myself) tabletop rental company called “Fancy That!” (www.FancyPartyRentals.com). From our signature pink crystal water goblets, to crisp, white lace parasols, we offer a variety of truly unique items that you just won’t find at your local rental-center. Just "say no" to boring hotel coffee cups and cookie-cutter event packages!
