We're excited to tell you about our latest offering: herbal sugars! Lavender, Rose Geranium and Mandarin Orange Spice are the flavours. The sugars add just a little something extra to your recipes - a subtle flavour to make your taste buds sing! Try them in iced teas or lemonade. By far the most popular is the Lavender Sugar. (Remember our earlier post about Lavender? It means "Devotion"!) Each sugar packet comes with wonderful recipes such as for shortbread cookies, lavender whipped cream, and others. Each packet of flavoured sugar will make a cake and cookie recipe. So if you are planning on making more than two cakes, you will simply need more than one packet of flavoured sugar! We can't wait for you to try these :)

I just know that the Lavender Sugar smelled SO GOOD I could eat it when we stopped by yesterday... so, THANK GOODNESS it's edible!
