I don't know about you, but I have the hardest time choosing paint colors.
What looks good on a swatch doesn't always look good in the intended space!
It usually takes me a couple of tries to get it just right.
Here are the potential colors we've picked for the interior of the new space,
(assuming everything moves ahead as we're hoping)

They actually look a little blue on my monitor,
but in person, there's no blue undertones...

I don't see any blue on my monitor. I like the bottom color for the area below the chair rail, and the middle color for the top. Perhaps the top color could be used with a stencil? Good choices of color!
